What are the different available formats for Just Books franchise?

Just Books offers franchise in three formats – Just Books Library, Just Books Pocket Edition and Just Books Collection Center Format of the franchise depends on the potential reader base in the area of franchise. We will advise you on the format based on inspection of location.

A. Just Books Library

• Typical full-format libraries need between 1500 sqft to 2200 sqft, of commercial space, preferably on the ground or first floor in a pre-dominantly residential area.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and desire to excel in customer satisfaction
• Minimum starting collection commitment is 10,000, can be increased along with increase in member base (Need not be a personal collection)
• Own Your Copy section is typically included (Selling in addition to renting)
• Reading Center with exclusive book collection is typically included
• Events for all readers are typically conducted in the Reading Center
• Magazines and Regional language books are typically included

B. Just Books Pocket Edition

• Typical Pocket Edition libraries need between 750 sqft to 1200 sqft, of commercial space, preferably on the ground or first floor in a pre-dominantly residential area.
• Minimum starting collection commitment is 6,000, can be increased along with increase in member base (Need not be a personal collection)
• Own Your Copy section is typically included (Selling in addition to renting)
• Magazines are typically included

C. Just Books Collection Center

• Typical Collection Centers need between 300 sqft to 500 sqft, of commercial space, preferably on the ground or first floor in a pre-dominantly residential area.
• Minimum starting collection commitment is 2,000 kids books at the collection center and another 3,000 at the Back Office, can be increased along with increase in member base (Need not be a personal collection)
• • Only kids’ books are available for ad-hoc pickup in the collection center. Rest of the books have to be ordered on the website and will be loaded from the Back Office in the special dispensers within a specified time limit

What are the specific space qualifications for Just Books franchise?

• Commercial Space can be owned or leased. If residential houses are converted, commercial clearances must be obtained
• The location should preferably be off a busy main road but close enough for members to reach.
• Parking facility is essential.
• Independent access, washroom and free flowing layout is essential.
• As a general rule, bigger the area and collection, the better are the chances of getting a Just Books franchise.
